Im not super fit, I just wanted a simple prompt to exercise my pelvic floor muscles consistently and effectively and this app has helped me achieve this. It adds that extra bit of accountability to keep up this essential self care.

Maria Patterson

I love this app. It really does help with your pelvic floor exercises; and monitoring your urinary output. I didn't mind paying for the app because it appeared to have everything I needed; and looking back now, I feel it was well worth the initial payout. The reports that are produced for your healthcare professional are really well laid out too. I would recommend this to anyone looking to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles and monitoring urinary output for yourself and your GP records.
